Ruby in colour with aromas of raspberry, blackberry, plum, cassis, dark chocolate and smoke. It is full bodied with smooth, balanced acidity and tannins. On the palate you get flavours of ripe berries and plums with some mocha. This will pair well with medium and strong cheeses as well as grilled red meats. Tasted on July 18, 2018.

We have dark berries on the nose as well as floral notes, cinnamon, and roasted cocoa beans. On the palate, the dark fruit, cocoa, and baking spices follow through as well as smoke.
It is a full bodied Red with tannins that are moderate and a slightly bitter finish.

This would pair well with red meat grilled on the BBQ.

A glistening medium ruby red colour made from an 80/20 blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. An evolving, decadent bouquet; boysenberry, fig and roses accompanied by coffee and tobacco. Flavours are superbly crafted revealing bing cherries light plums, red peppers, spicy smoked paprika, thyme and sun dried tomatoes. Acidity is brimming with bite alongside full boisterous tannins, followed by a peppery long finish. Bone dry with a velvety feel. Begs for smoked meat sandwiches of pepper rubbed fillet mignon. 90 points - Tasted July 2018

An easy-drinking blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, Aromas of dark fruit, mocha and a bit of warm spice and smoke. Smooth tannins, medium bodied and fruit forward on the palate. Enjoy with cured salami and aged cheese.

From the Côtes De Provence Jules 2014 is a well-priced red blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Syrah 10% with controlled-temperature fermentation of wine grapes between 25 and 28°C for 21 days. The wine underwent full malolactic conversion. Look for ripe black cherry and cake spice flavours on this warm-vintage red blend from the south of France. - Community Wine Reviews
