This Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon from the Columbia Valley is dark ruby in colour with aromas of plum, cassis, black cherry and black berries. It is full bodied with well balanced acidity and tannins with flavours of jammy black fruit, plum and black pepper. Enjoy this with a nice juicy steak.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lovely spice, berry and floral notes. Acidity is moderate but enticing. Enjoy this medium bodied, easy drinking Cab Sauv from Washington State with braise beef short rib. Tasted Nov 2016 - @sommsosa / bespoketastngs.ca

Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon, leather and dark fruit on the nose, lingering blackberry finish.

Medium bodied. Red fruit fills the nose. Long tart fruit. I would actually drink this one with a tomato sauce pasta.

Plum and dark berry on the nose. Juicy, plush, very fruit forward. Lots of ripe berry on the palate. Enjoy with a roast pork tenderloin.

Well balanced and great value. A Washington State Columbia Valley Cab Sauv with purpose. Primed to pair with BBQ or braised beef. Integrated tannins, acidity and fruit. A great value option for social gatherings, festive special events. Rated 88/100 - drink 2016-2023.
