A lovely, floral Californian white wine blend of 85% Pinot Blanc and 15% Viognier grapes from the cool climate of Sonoma County. This wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve fruit freshness. Aromas of peach blossom and apricot. Terrific balancing acidity for refreshment and seafood.

Pinot Blanc Viognier food pairings: lobster in butter sauce, poultry, spiced grilled seafood.

Aromas of green apple, honey and pine nuts, transform to a lime finish. Lots of body - coming from a Pinot Blanc and Viognier blend.
Lovely with salmon.
Tasted Sept 2018.

A medium-bodied blend of 85% Pinot Blanc 15%Viognier. Shows fresh apple, apricot and pretty floral notes. Enjoy with chicken salad.
Tasted August 2018
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A delectable blended white wine from Valley of the Moon consisting of 15% Pinot Blanc and %15 Viognier. Aromas are both fragrant and floral with peach, honeydew and scallion herbaceous notes. The flavours are perky, showing yellow apples and loads of grapefruit citrus. Green peppers also arrive to the party, with a chalky stony chewy finish and lingering pithiness. Dry with a touch of lingering fruity herbal sweetness at the back. Pair this with walnut crusted goats cheese or balsamic glazed pork. 88 points - tasted September 2018
Valley Of The Moon 2015 is an 85% Pinot Blanc and 15% Viognier white wine blend from the Sonoma County in California. The wine was brought up in stainless steel and is floral on the nose, perfumed from the Viognier. on the palate, the wine is dry, with key lime and lemon curd flavours, ripe golden apple, ginger and melon flavours on the palate. Nicely done. Pair with summer salads. - Community Wine Reviews
