Reviews and Ratings

Molly Ziraldo CAPS rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

This has been a go to Sauvignon Blanc for me for many years. It's the quintessential Marlborough Sauv Blanc embodying the traits that put this region on the map. A powerful and aromatic nose entices you with zesty, citrus, tropical and gooseberry notes. Lively acidity on the plate, but well balanced and refreshing with lingering notes and lemon and lime.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

I can't say enough about NZ Marlborough SB's...this is another fresh , crisp, dry white, w green, herbal, vegetal and floral fragrances, citrus zing and tropical fruit on palate. Mouth -watering, as in get a towel now and long, citrus finish.
Onsale now at LCBO for a steal at $16.95. You will not find better value in a white wine.
Lesley Quinn - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A refreshing summer sipper from a dependable producer. This latest release from Oyster, Bay comes from a harvest New Zealand is praising as one of the best in its history. With all those vibrant citrus and herbal aromas you will swear you are standing in a lemon orchard. A versatile food friendly wine as my girlfriends and I enjoyed it with everything from smoked salmon, and salad to a charcuterie plate and a shrimp ring.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lots of green vegetable, cut grass, gooseberry, and a little touch of pear and lime. High, crisp acidity and a very refreshing lemon lime taste make this a great wine with green salads or for sipping on a hot summer day.
Paula Bernardino rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A refreshing Sauvignon Blanc perfect to have on hot muggy day. Nice flavours of pear. I tried it with Asian food at a “bring your own wine” restaurant in downtown Montreal and it was great.
Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Zesty and aromatic with lots of lively, penetrating fruit characters and a rich concentration of tropical and gooseberry flavours that ends as crisp, elegant and refreshing.
