A medium-bodied, zesty Ontario Riesling made in Prince Edward County with fruit from Niagara. Racy acidity balances the medium sweetness on the palate. Lovely lime notes and freshness. Pair with seafood.

Riesling food pairings: roast chicken, spicy pasta dishes, shrimp tempura, grilled salmon with lemon sauce, duck liver pate.

Vibrant and crisp with tangy notes of lemon-lime and wet stone, this medium-bodied Riesling would be the perfect accompaniment to spicy shrimp. Tasted July 15, 2018.

Restrained on the nose, with minerality and citrus up front with a hint of honeysuckle. Terrific acidity and round mouthfeel with all the classic flavours expected of a Riesling: minerality, a hint of petrol, some floral and citrus to round it off.

Well executed and balanced, this is a great example of a typical Riesling that does not fall into excesses of sweetness or minerality.

Aromas of lemon-lime, orange blossom, and a stony mineral note. Dry with just a hint of sweetness, lots of citrus and petrol on the palate. Vibrant and refreshing! Enjoy with oysters.

Keint-He Voyageur 2015 is a medium-bodied, fresh and limey Riesling from Twenty Mile Bench in the Niagara Escarpment wine region.
