Domaine Gaston & Pierre Ravaut Ladoix 2015, Burgundy A.C., France: A lovely, medium-bodied Old World Burgundian Pinot Noir with aromas of tart cherry, earth and smoke. Produced by the Ravaut family, who are sixth generation winemakers. The grapes for this smooth Pinot Noir are sourced from the commune of Ladoix-Serrigny in Côte de Beaune. Sparkling Wine

Louis Bouillot Perle D'ivoire Brut Blanc De Blancs Crémant De Bourgogne, Burgundy A.C., France: The Burgundian estate of Louis Bouillot was one of the first wineries in the region to create sparkling wine, called Crémant de Bourgogne, back in 1877. Crisp and clean with toasty warmth and green apple refreshment. Pair with fried chicken. A toasty Crémant de Bourgogne with great texture and mouth-filling weight. Nice crisp finish. Crémant De Bourgogne food pairings: pan fried chicken, spinach and goat cheese salad with fresh strawberries.
