So pretty! Bone-dry, delicate rose with aromas of tine wild field strawberries, the kind that melt deliciously in your hand from the warmth of your palm. Yes this wine is very dry. Perfect aperitif served slightly chilled or for a treat, pair it with smoked salmon.

Rosé d'Anjou food pairings: pate, salads, cold chiken, grilled chicken or shrimp, seafood soup/stew.

Reviews and Ratings

Tom Vigeant rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Blood orange, rhubard, strawberries and hint of ripe banana on the nose. Midway between dry and off dry, crisp with a pleasant mouthfeel. Versatile food wine - smoked salmon, avocado, salade niçoise.
Alice Kubicek rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Clear, bright and pink with a medium nose of cherries, cranberries and minerality. Off dry flavours with peaches, apricots and black cherries. Medium acidity and low tannins with a medium length finish of mixed berries. A lovely wine for an afternoon picnic or as an aperitif with cheese.
Alex & Priya - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Priya: This wine is a combo of Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Grolleaux--a grape only found in France's Loire Valley. Not that the grape make up matters because this is a delicious wine! Sure it pairs well with a salad, seafood or a spicy antipasto plate but why does it always need to be paired with food? Enjoy this on it's own and really get the full joy of all it has to offer. Super balance of fruity sweetness and crisp freshness. Love it! 90pts.
Alex: We're on the same page here my lady! More perceptive sweetness than the 2014 vintage, this has plenty of strawberries and cherries, great acidity, is juicy and sumptuous mid-palate, with a pleasant balance of sweetness with a rosy strawberry finish. 85

Mild strawberries on the nose, with a ripe strawberry palate that also shows slight herbaceous touch. dry and refreshing, a lovely summer favourite to sip as you watch the sunset.
Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Pale pink with some pleasant strawberry notes and flavours. Low acidity and light flavours make this rose an easy summer sipper, slightly chilled. Perfect by itself.

Aromas of fizzy candy and rhubarb.
Soft touch mouth. Easy to drink. Good quality price ratio.

Lovely delicate strawberry nose
More strawberries on the palate with a slightly herbaceous undertone
