Reviews and Ratings

Olivier de Maisonneuve rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

One of my favorite of the tasting. A charming, elegant, original nose of flower bouquet and toasts on a stick! The palate is medium to full bodied. Nice lenght. It is smooth, yes a bit oaky, but not a caricature at all.It would make a perfect couple with mushroom dishes. Risotto, anyone?
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pear, toasted almond and floral notes on the nose. Apple, buttered toast and vanilla flavors.
Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Clear yellow/green color with notes of apple, pear, oak, toasted nuts, lime and mineral!

The wine is nerve, buttery and very long.

Pair it with double cream cheese, swordfish or a parmigiano veal!

Serve it at 10-12 degrees.

Ready to drink but can be aged up to 5 years.
Valérie Dufour - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Dulce de leche aromas and apples cooked in brown sugar.
This is really well-made affordable Chardonnay. You can feel the oak, but the fruit is there. Would be delicious with sautéed scallops.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lovely nose of tropical fruit, followed by a palate with creamy tropical, vanilla, buttered toast with a little lemon. Nice acidity on mouthfeel, long citrus-tropical finish.
Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Butterscotch, pear, sweet baked apples on the nose
Vanilla & slight hazelnut
Buttery soft palate, more apple, pear, hazelnut on the palate
Full bodied lasting finish.

Somebody please bring me some old stinky cheddar and apples to snack on with this.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Rich and smooth drinking wine, with aromas of citrus, apple pie and baking spice, and a hint of warm buttered toast. On the palate there is a nice balance, a bit of acid and a smooth finish, with the citrus and apple coming through more.
Marco Giovanetti rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

On the nose, great fruit depth with lots of spice and wood character. In the mouth, rich and full body. Quite woody and spicy with a medium aromatic persistance. Perfect with scallops in a cream sauce or Pasta alla Carbonara.
