Very pretty and floral and light-bodied, yet full of character and flavour. Lovely notes of fresh white peach and pear on ths sunny spring day. Pair with light seafood dishes.

Riesling food pairings: roasted glazed ham, goats cheese or white pizza with mozzrella, Romano and vegetable toppings.

Limey minerality, white peach, sweet floral nose.
Very similar palate with mouthwatering acidity and bursting minerality.

Pork with apples. Nuff said.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Light citrus lime minerality on the nose, along with subtle white floral notes. Tasty fresh palate with peach, citrus and minerality. Good acidity and crisp mouthfeel.
Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A fragrant Riesling from Ontario. It showcases the nice aromas that come through from this grape in a cool-climate. Chemical, floral, green apple, with high acidity and a little sweetness, this is perfect with spicy Asian dishes.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromas of honey, yellow apple, lemon, minerality, and white flowers; quite fragrant. The taste is a mix of honey and lemon, with medium acidity. A nice oily mouth-feel, and a long lemony finish. I had this paired with roast ham, and it was a excellent match.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Lime and mineral and the nose. Peach, apricot, lime, and white flower follow. Not enou acidity for me, but pleasant.
Valérie Dufour - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Notes of petroleum. Well-made affordable Riesling from Ontario. Would pair well with a tarte tatin.
