Errázuriz La Escultura Estate Chardonnay 2012

    Valle de Casablanca, Chile

    Reviewed: September 11, 2013

My Review: This Chardonnay kicked off our wine tasting journey with the wonderful Francesco Baettig. It is soft and slightly effervescent. Acidity was present with lovely notes of floral, ripe tropical fruit and citrus. Great every day white. Score: 86/100

      Errázuriz La Cumbre Shiraz 2008

      Valle de Aconcagua, Chile

      Reviewed: September 11, 2013

My Review: This wine is fabulous! A real treat. Winemaker Francisco Baettig was passionate about this vision for this wine from vine to bottle. Rich in flavours - vanilla, figs, nutmeg, cloves, pepper, chocolate - it is divine on the nose and even more so on the palate. Drink now or a wonderful addition to your cellar - continuing to age beautifully through 2020. Score: 94/100

My Review: Lovely Pinot with classic notes of rich berries noting as well the earthy, woodsy notes. Nice finish and great value. Score: 86/100
