Savoury and juicy with a meaty note that makes this ultra delicious. This is a full-bodied red that will tempt you to drink it too fast: it's that tasty. Aromas of fleshy black fruit and hedonistic happiness.
Shiraz food pairings: peppercorn steaks, mushroom burgers.

|Dan Trcka Wine Blogger rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:|
The 2007 Journey's End Shiraz Single Vineyard, aged in French Oak barrels for 18 months, has intense aromas of yogurty raspberry, blackberry and vanilla. It is a full bodied, extra-dry, fruity wine; with forward acidity, refined tannins (decant for 30 min) and a medium to long finish. It is food friendly yet quite enjoyable by itself; drink now – 2018. My impression: NICE, 90 pts – recommended for its quality. Tasted Jan/14.

|Gold Medal winner at the 2013 Sommelier Wine Awards. Maturing beautifully with aromas and flavours of smoked meat, cracked peppercorns and blackberry pie. The texture is absolute velvet, and there's nice finesse and structure too. How can something so hedonistically pleasurable also show such restraint? Hints of lifted brambly raspberry play on the finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, Sept. 2013|
