A rustic, tannic red wine with aromas of charred black fruit, toast, oak and smoke. Firm grip on the palate. It's a blend of traditional grapes including Xinomavro, Krassato, and Stavroto. Pair with hearty meat dishes.
Xynomavro food pairings: Greek marinated lamb ribs on the grill, souvlaki, spanokapita pie.

|Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:|
From the slopes of Mt Olympus in Greece, a blend of mainly Xinomavro, aged at least 12 mos in oak. Red berries, mild tobacco and leather aromatics, repeated but more pronounced on palate. Dry with chewy tannins.
