Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous Pinot Noir with aromas of red cherry, and cranberry, along with hints of mocha, earth, dried herbs, cedar, and a slight savoury hint. Medium bodied, smooth with dry, dusty tannins and medium+ acidity. Berry flavours are ripe and slightly tart on the palate, and the finish is long with hints of mocha, leather, dried spices and a touch of that underbrush note. Enjoy with pan-seared duck or rack of lamb.
Deborah Podurgiel - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Township 7 Vineyards & Winery Benchmark Series 2022 Pinot Noir is fresh with bright raspberry and cherry aromas mirrored on the palate with dried fine herbs, earthy and mocha notes, perfectly balanced with food-friendly, medium-plus-acidity to handle even the richest duck dinner. Tannins are fine and textured with good length and depth on the palate. Elegant and classy.

Tasted March 2024 and paired with roast duck dinner, a pouring and pairing made in gastronomical heaven!

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
