Reviews and Ratings

Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A sumptuous Vidal icewine, perfectly enjoyed all year with a variety of appetizers and desserts alike.
This beautiful creation is also a nod by Sue-Ann Staff to her father Howard Victor Staff.
A deep liquid gold hue in the glass, with aromas of candied apricot, pineapple and honey that repeat on the palate. A persistent, mouth coating finish.
Pair with Brie and fruit filled appetizers, pineapple chicken, or of course... dessert!
Tasted May 2021.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromas of peach, pear, and mango with some sweet honey and a touch of warm cinnamon. Full bodied, smooth, with lively ripe fruit and a honeyed finish. Enjoy with any fruit tart or pastry.
Lovely and sweet with ripe peach, honeyed apple, pineapple, grapefruit balanced with vibrant acidity. Awarded Gold, 2019 Ontario Wine Awards. - Community Wine Reviews
