Purple and black plum aromas with some blueberry compote on the side. Full-bodied, heart warming and layered on the palate. Very comforting finish. Meat lovers' pizza please!
Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: meat stews.

In my quest to become a Sommelier, we are studying California and the Pacific Northwest. I just love California wines, since I visited Napa in 2001. This Cabernet Sauvignon from St. Francis in Sonoma County is your perfect expression of a California Cab. Full-bodied, ripe bold fruits, blackberry, cassis and oak notes. A big hearty wine that will go with a steak or your favorite beef stew.
|Terrific balance and structure in this classic Sonoma cabernet. Dark fruit and vanilla spice on the finish. - Community Wine Reviews|
