Nicely balanced, fine and delicate on the nose and palate, a vibrant rosé lifted with pink florals, raspberry, ripe stone fruit and wild herb flavours on the palate. Fresh and lively with mouth-watering acidity for food. Chill and enjoy with grilled shellfish or wild salmon dishes.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This wine is the epitome of summer. Aromas of strawberry, cherry and orange blossoms with a hint of lime. Light bodied, smooth and creamy with balancing, medium acidity on the palate. Red berry notes are round and ripe, and there are hints of citrus and minerality on a crisp finish. Enjoy with fresh seafood dishes or enjoy on a sunny patio
From the Coteaux d'Aix-En-Provence wine region, Saint Aix 2019 is a fragrant rosé with ripe red berry, raspberry flavours and wild herb aromas on the nose. Dry, bright and zesty with raspberry, apricot, wild herb and briny mineral flavours on the palate. Great food-friendly acidity to pair with grilled shellfish dishes. - Community Wine Reviews
