This full-bodied red wine is a blend of two-thirds Zinfandel, then Petite Sirah, and a splash of Carignane grapes. It features rich, expressive aromas on the nose of black fruit and smoke. Towering and well-structured, give it time in the cellar. Decant for 2 hours. A black-fruit-infused finish. Lots of complexity and depth. Food pairings: kobe beef. Best Beef Wine
