More Wine Reviews and Ratings

rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This reserve Merlot can only be bought online or directly at the winery which is how I got my hands on it, but boy it is worth it. Rich black cherry and cedar aromas fill the room as soon as the wine goes into the glass. As it opens up, the vanilla and baking spice notes intensify and the tannins come in leaving you with a wonderful mouth-feel that lasts but leaves you going back for more. I enjoyed it with BBQ Steak, new potatoes, and fresh beets. This is a phenomenal dinner wine sure to "wow" any Canadian wine hater.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
