From Pelee Island Winery, Vinedressers 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry, medium-plus-bodied red wine from the Lake Erie North Shore wine region, ripe with dark berry fruit with subtle baking spice and smoky vanillas flavours lush and velvety on the palate with a lingering lip-smacking finish. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for one year. Drinking beautifully now. Pour with tourtiere or braised lamb shanks.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromas of raspberry and blackberry, with hints of oak, smoke, and a touch of vanilla. Medium+ bodied, with bright acidity, and lots of ripe, plush berry flavours on the palate more oak and smoky hints on the finish. Enjoy with grilled beef or vegetable kebabs.
Vinedressers 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a vegan-friendly, dry, medium-plus-bodied red wine from the Lake Erie North Shore wine region, rich with dark berry, black currant, cracked pepper and cedar spice flavours fresh and long on the palate. Lovely balance to this Cab with soft, dusty tannins. - Community Wine Reviews
