Natalie's Score: 88/100

Pure green coolness on the nose and palate. Old World Chardonnay, classic. Short finish. Premier cru vineyard "Vaucoupin" is planted with 30-year-old vines on a hillside and the wine is fermented with indigenous yeast.

Chablis 1Er Cru food pairings: oysters.

Steve Cranny rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A very good wine but slightly muted on the nose. Notes of mineral, light pear, a touch of apple and just a hint of celery seed. Clean on the palate and refreshing.
A deep core of fresh minerality and white stone fruit. No oak on this Old World Chardonnay. Oysters anyone? - Community Wine reviews
