A gorgeously aromatic white wine blend of Vermentino and Viognier grapes from southern France. Highly aromatic with notes of white flowers, baking spice and smoke. This winery has only 12 hectares of vines planted in granite soils at 300 meters above sea level. The wine is aged three years. Pair with mild to medium spices and curries.
