A gorgeously aromatic white wine blend of Vermentino and Viognier grapes from southern France. Highly aromatic with notes of white flowers, baking spice and smoke. This winery has only 12 hectares of vines planted in granite soils at 300 meters above sea level. The wine is aged three years. Pair with mild to medium spices and curries.

Vermentino Viognier food pairings: roasted pork loin, roast turkey, stuffed halibut.

Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

The nose is lovely with delicate floral, citrus and a touch of honey. The palate is equally well balanced and elegant, with a hint of vanilla on the finish.
Domaine De L'agly Les Neiges De L'agly (2013) is a white wine blend of 55% Vermentino and 45% Viognier from the Côtes Catalanes wine region. The wine was aged in 60% new French oak. Drink now with grilled seafood. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
