Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Wonderful example of cool-climate Syrah, with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, tobacco, dried herbs, and black pepper. Full bodied, bold with some firm tannins and a great hint of acidity. Fruit and berry flavours are rounded and ripe, but not overly so. Hints of pepper and herbs on the finish. Perfect to enjoy with any barbeque meats.
Iconoclast 2020 Syrah is a dry, medium-plus-bodied and zesty cool-climate Syrah from St. David's Bench, Niagara-on-the-Lake wine region in Ontario. Rich with fresh dark cherry, red berry, savoury herb, smoky and spicy on the palate. Drink or hold. Pour with a rib roast. - Community Wine Reviews
