Fonseca Porto Late Bottled Vintage Port 2015, Douro D.O.P., Portugal: From the Douro wine region, Fonseca 2015 Late Bottle Vintage Port is a sweet and lush Portuguese dessert wine with just over 100 grams per litre of residual sugar and is unctuous on the palate with fleshy blackberry, chocolate covered cherries and chocolate flavours. This unfiltered port is a perfect pairing for blue cheeses, roasted nuts and dark chocolate. Drink now and for the next 10 years. Concha y Toro Marques De Casa Concha Cabernet Sauvignon 2015, Maipo Valley, Chile: Juicy with delicious aromas and flavours of fleshy ripe black plums that you can almost sink your teeth into. This Chilean Cabernet is made from grapes grown in the winery's Puente Alto and Pique vineyards at the foot of the Andes mountains. The vines are planted in rocky soils that have alluvial origins and are nutrient poor, which is perfect for wine. There is gravel on the sub-soil level. Pair with grilled meats.
