From the Familia Torres, love this fresh and lime-lemon zesty Albariño from the Rías Baixas D.O. Pazo Das Bruxas 2019 is a zesty, dry and crisp 100% Albariño fresh and concentrated with citrus florals, lime zest and lemon meringue flavours silky and savoury on the palate with mouth-watering acidity. Produced in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Enjoy now and for the next couple of years with all of its freshness. Chill and enjoy with seafood dishes.

Albariño food pairings: linguine with crab meat, Caesar salad topped with grilled shrimp, vegetarian quiche.

Reviews and Ratings

Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Albariño is a fresh and lively white from Spain. A lovely accompaniment to white fish dishes or spinach and feta pizza.
Aromas of salty sea air, fresh cut herbs and nectarine turn into a mouthwatering citrus flavour. Persistent tanginess, perfect to cut through the richness of creamy cheeses.
Tasted April 2022.
