Grapes for Santa Ema Gran Reserva 2018 Carmenère were sourced from the Peumo zone in the Cachapoal Valley. The clay soils and fresh breezes give perfume and freshness to this wine with zippy red berry fruit, plum, fine herbs and bright acidity on the palate. Enjoy with gourmet burgers from the grill.

Carmenère food pairings: veal and mushroom stuffed red peppers, roast chicken, turkey tournedos.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
