This Niagara-on-the-Lake rosé from Ontario's Wildass Stratus Vineyards from the 2017 vintage offers aromas of white flowers and rose petals on the nose with strawberry, rhubarb, lavender and light green herbs on the palate. This rosé is consistently fresh and crisp. Great on its own or with cold turkey sandwiches. Soft and pretty with aromas of sweet scented roses and lavender. Soft on acidity. Nice quaffer.

It seems the LCBO is investing more of it's buying power into Rose wines from Ontario, and this wine is a good reason why they should. Very aromatic - more aromatic than the constituent grape varieties would indicate. Candied fruit working towards Turkish delight. Red apples, and berries provide a more fruity flavour profile. I wish the wine had a nicer name so I could serve it at nicer occasions.

Crafted from hand-picked grapes grown in Ontario's Niagara Peninsula region, this refreshing, crisp rosé shows floral, red berry, herbal and savoury touches. A delightful find, worth buying again. Enjoy with savoury appetizers and all your summer food favourites.

I was quite impressed with this VQA Rosé from Stratus vineyards - the palate is quite fruit forward - orchard apples for days, strawberry, raspberry, clementine, fresh herbs and roasted red pepper. The acidity was quite refreshing with a good balance. The flavors linger - very tasty!

Wildass 2017 is a rosé wild blend of Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling wine grapes from Stratus Vineyards. Ripe red fruit, rose petals and garden herb flavours on this off-dry as well as savoury rosé. Nicely done. Enjoy now on its own or with grill lamb chops. - Community Wine Reviews
