This glass of floral loveliness comes from a blend of 55% Marsanne and 45% Viognier grapes, the tradition Rhone Valley whites of France. Marsanne provides the backbone while Viognier contributes those gorgeous aromatics of dried apricot and honeysuckle.

Reviews and Ratings

Lori Kilmartin WSET3 - WSET3 Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This wine was rated high in 2011 and it continues to impress. Still very aromatic with floral aromas, dried fruit, peach and citrus. Smooth rounded mouthfeel with flavours of dried fruit and lime. Acidity is soft and the finish is long. This is a white that would pair well with chicken or pork. Tasted June 1. 2017
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This lovely white is a blend of 55% Marsanne and 45% Viognier.
Beautiful light gold in colour with dried apricot and peach on the nose with secondary aromas of almonds. Medium-bodied with milder notes of the fruit are found on the palate with a lemon-lime finish. Tasted June 01 2017.
The 2008 Treana white's color is reminscent of the golden hillsides of the California Central Coast at harvest time. A beautiful bouquet of peaches and lime is bolstered by aromatic notes of honeysuckle. Full in body and rich in flavor, the wine invigorates the palate with dried apricot, pineapple, subtle citrus flavors and notes of honey, which continue through a long finish. The 2008 will age gracefully over the next decade.
