Dried apricot, pear, orange blossom, hazelnut, candied lemon and ginger. On the palate lovely honey notes appear as well. lovely acid cuts through the sweetness on the finish. Pair with a honey poached pear.

Succulent aromas of dried apricot, wildflower honey, lychee, orange blossom and ripe peaches. The palate is delicate with medium acidity. This would pair well with upside-down peach cake or fruit salad. Tasted April 3, 2016.

Priya: Lots on the go here as Alex would say! Smells like honey and lychee and jasmine flowers. Has a hint of pink to the colour which makes it even prettier. Quite rich and thick, and very sweet. I wouldn't dare pair this with a dessert for fear I'd go into a sugar coma but if it's chilled right, it would be a perfect after dinner drink all by itself. 88pts

Alex: So exotic, like strawberry jam, marmalade and apricot plucked, prepared and placed in a basket of dried rose petals. Not so sweet, just enough to make it a lovely match for a gently flavoured custard and sorbet combination. Or Priya's spiced apple cake. Sensual, affordable and very pretty after-dinner drop. 88pts
