A lovely, vibrant Niagara Chardonnay. Pure fruit and minerality with aromas of honey blossom, toasted almond, golden apple. Viscous but not heavy. Racy acidity for halibut or sole.

Chardonnay food pairings: pan fired scallops, spinach and pepper jack stuffed chicken, beef bourguignon, pork tenderloin, toasted ravioli served with Alfredo sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Malcolm Lamont - WSET Adv, CSW rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A lovely wine from a lovely family of growers and wine makers, the Westcott's.

Pale lemon colour, and almost a chablisienne flintyness on the nose. Fuller on the palate, and possibly some older oak ageing which imparts less flavour.

Lovely!
Pam Hatton rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale straw with citrus nose, restrained white stone and green apple fruit and a lot of flinty/minerals. Light to medium bodied for a Chardonnay with balanced acidity and flavours of lemon, apple and lovely Burgundian style flint and minerals. Juicy long finish.
Wineboy rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A lively Chardonnay that had a touch of spritziness on the palate. There is a beautiful purity to the Apple flavours and aromas it offers along with a touch of citrus on the nose. Tastes unoaked.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Lovely! Aromas of golden apple, pear, honey and a hint of minerality. Medium bodied, balanced, nice clean fruit on the palate and a crisp finish. Enjoy with chicken in a citrus marinade, fresh seafood or white fish.
