Reviews and Ratings

Gwen Barton rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lovely sparkling wine from Niagara- traditional method with Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot gris. Generous acidity and playful mousse. Notes of brioche, with some lemon lime and apple. Fun! Enjoy with appetizers of your choice, and a group of friends. Can't go wrong.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

2013 vintage
This Niagara sparkling wine was aged for 12 months on its lees (expired yeast) in the bottle. Persistent mouse with small beading bubbles. Finishes with notes of freshly baked bread. This is the second year that Tawse has produced this bubbly made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with about 13% Pinot Gris grapes. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
