Absolutely top-notch, premium sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, thus blanc de blanc (white wine of white grapes). Toasty, creamy, rich and refreshing. Aromas of freshly baked bread and golden apples. Perfect as a chilled aperitif or companion to shellfish, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Highly recommended.

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Fantastic, complex, balanced, medium body Chardonnay. Fine bubbles, saline minerality, crisp mouthfeel, mouthwatering acidity. Paired well with a gourmet thin crust Brooklyn style pizza. Tasted 2012 vintage in May 2018. 93 points #organic #vegan #sustainable
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This is a light and lovely Blanc de Blanc with lively bubbles and an invigorating mousse. Made using the traditional method with delicate notes of crisp apples, bright peaches and crisp mineral notes that invigorate into the clean mouthfeel. Excellent example of an organic sparkling Chardonnay from Summerhill Pyramid Winery. Serve with soft salty cheeses and an engaging patio get together. 92 points - tasted May 6, 2018
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Beautiful wine made from 100% Chardonnay in the traditional method. Aromas of green apple, lemon pith, white peach, and a hint of saline. Dry, with crisp bubbles on the palate, zesty fruit, and a mineral finish. Enjoy with oysters or to accompany any celebration.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier reviewed this wine as follows:

Absolutely delicious! This Blanc de Blanc showcases enticing mineral, saline, apricot, buttered baguette notes. It's fresh, crisp and exciting. An ideal Okaganan bubbly sure to turn any occasion into a memorable one. Tasted May 2018 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
