Reviews and Ratings

Deborah Podurgiel - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Love the terroir-focussed label that shows the story about the wine. Such a pretty ballerina pink in the glass, the nose is as pretty with peony, pink florals and pepper spice aromas. Dry, elegant, barely medium-bodied, balanced with medium-plus acidity, the foot-stomped Malbec grapes for this rosé make a fine entrance with pink florals, pink grapefruit, fine herbs, white pepper and fine chalky flavours with a mineral kiss. Refreshing, delicious and absolutely killer with herbed, spiced salmon burgers. Tasted June 2021.

The Malbec-grapes for this vintage were sourced from the Osoyoos wine region in British Columbia, foot-stomped with élevage entirely in stainless-steel tanks. Available in Alberta, British Columbia private retail and direct to consumer (dtc).
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Bright, slightly tart, and very refreshing. Aromas of lime, tangerine and strawberry. Light to medium bodied with vibrant acidity, fruit notes are fresh and bright with some tart citrus and some minerality on the finish. Enjoy with any shrimp dish.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
