Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Beautiful and perfect for summer BBQ's. This Cabernet Franc has aromas of field strawberries, watermelon, orange blossom and cherry, with a hint of lime zest. Medium bodied, with medium+ acidity, bright cherry hints, and some citrus hints. Enjoy with BBQ ribs or smoked salmon.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale coral with summery strawberry and cherry aromas. The palate gives cherry, strawberry and lime zest, with lingering strawberry on finish. Pair with shrimp salad. A crowd-pleaser for your patio.

Paula Bernardino rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

I discovered this wine at the Taste Ontario event in Ottawa April 3, 2019. I really enjoyed this rosé, 100% Cabernet Franc. I would pair it with an artichoke or spinach dip. Beautiful fun label.
From South Islands, Lake Erie North Shore wine region, Pelee Island's Lola 2017 is a dry, slightly frizzante Cabernet Franc Rosé with red berry and citrus flavours on the palate. Chill and easily enjoyed on its own. It has excellent acidity for food and you can also pair this rosé with just about anything. Great value as well. - Community Wine Reviews
