A full-bodied BC red wine blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon and 26% Cabernet Franc grapes. The wine was aged for 30 months in French oak barrels. Classic aromas of black currant and tart blackberry and toasty oak. Pair with rare meats.

Deeply concentrated and inky. Balanced. Integrating nicely. Medium plus tannins, acidity, fruit. Dry. Graphite minerality, plum, red and black berry, Black sage, underbrush. Black fruit, oak, coffee and dill notes lead into a full bodied wine with soft tannins. Pair with grilled meats. Tasted November 2017.
