Boucherie Estate Winery Meritage 2012, Okanagan Valley, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia BC VQA, Canada: A full-bodied BC red wine blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon and 26% Cabernet Franc grapes. The wine was aged for 30 months in French oak barrels. Classic aromas of black currant and tart blackberry and toasty oak. Pair with rare meats.
