A vibrant, fresh Niagara white wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Crisp and fresh with white melon and grapefruit notes. Finishes with a lovely kick of fresh gooseberry and lime. This wine underwent a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness. Pair with seafood, shellfish, salads and other vegetarian dishes.

Reviews and Ratings

Simon Chen rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

tropical, grapefruits aromas. Bright and balanced fruits that are not too tangy and green. Very good summer sipping wine .
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Aromas of melon, grapefruit and almost a hint of pineapple. Dry, with bright acidity on the palate, but nicely balanced with ripe tropical fruit. A great patio sipper, or enjoy with white fish or other fresh and mildly prepared seafood.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Light bodied, and fresh mouthfeel. Showing pale straw with green melon and pink grapefruit, light on the nose and medium intensity on the palate. Paired well with corn tortilla chips and mango salsa. Tasted 2017 vintage in April 2018. 87 points
