Reviews and Ratings

Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Impressive! Pretty aromatics take centre stage in this single vineyard, dry Riesling - waves of honeysuckle, tangerine and white grapefruit scents. Crafted with grapes from 30+ year old vines, this 100% Riesling pleases the palate with lush stone fruit and citrusy flavours, texture and a tantalizingly lengthy finish. Match this medium bodied offering from wine maker Ingrid Groiss with grilled salmon dishes.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Sample tasted as part of Austrian Tasting Ontario - Stay at Home edition. Gorgeous Riesling from the Ried Auf der Henne. Aromas of golden apple, pear, honeysuckle, and a hint of white peach. Medium bodied, dry on the palate with just a touch of honey sweetness and a nice weight and texture. Rich and rounded fruit flavours and a hint of petrol on the finish. Lovely. Enjoy with any shellfish
Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Harmonious and refined with aromas honey and pear. Full body showing excellent structure and flavours of nectarine and citrus zest. Solid Riesling.
