Reviews and Ratings

Jacqueline Cochrane rated this wine as 95/100
Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is a great middle-of- the-road wine for those who like a little bit of oak, but not too much. You get all the fruit components of the grape, like pineapple, stonefruit, green apple, pear and lemon, as well as the oak essences in the form of toast, smoke and caramel. On the palate, it is smooth at first then fills the mouth with a burst of refreshing acidity. The medium-length finish leaves hints of lemon and pineapple on the tongue, with a hint of oak. Perfect pairing for roast chicken and root vegetables.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
