A floral, spiced Gewurztraminer with lots of mouth-filling luscious layers. Concentrated and complex. Pair with curried dishes.
Gewurztraminer food pairings: chicken kebabs with lemon. Lemon herb roast pork tenderloin, pan-fried poorboy oyster sammies.

Classic rose petal and lychee nose, followed by honeyed peach, mango, floral and spicy ginger touches on palate. Clean acidity and spicy finish make this a very satisfying Gewurtz. Enjoy with curries and Vietnamese cuisine.

Aromas of tropical fruit , dried candied pineapple, with hints of hazelnut still in it’s shell. Flavours of orange marmalade and honey. A nice harmony on the palate. Tasted October 2017
