Fresh and crisp Niagara Pinot Gris that was aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit purity (no oak). Grapes are sourced from the Market Vineyard. No malolactic fermentation keeps the nervy tension of acidity for seafood and shellfish. Only 600 cases made.

Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

13th Street Winery produces deliciously food-friendly and mouthwatering Pinot Gris. The 2013 vintage is another terrific one with the characteristics of ripe and tart stone and orchard fruits shining bright all backed up by mouthwatering crisp minerality making this a terrific wine to enjoy with seafood, grilled fish, and one of my favs, freshly shucked oysters. Highly recommended. Tasted July 2016. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

An abundant fruity and floral bouquet. Green apples, crisp peaches and light apricot with honeysuckle and orange blossom floral elements. Very aromatic and flavourful. Medium bodied and Dry, (4g/L). 12.5% Alcohol. Finishes very clean and refreshing with peach and apricot. Great summer sipper. Pair with almond chicken asian inspired cuisine and sushi.
89 points - tasted April 2017
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

No oak and no malolactic fermentation, aged in stainless steel allows for the true integrety of this grape to shine through. The grapes were hand picked. Crisp acidity and medium body with notes of golden delicious apple and minerality. This wine is well balanced. Tasted March 30, 2016 - Taste Ontario
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

This 100% Pinot Gris is a clean, well balanced, dry wine. The acidity has mellowed to a rounder mouth feel. It would complement fish or light salad dishes but would also make a light sipper on its own. Tasted March 2017.
