Château Langlais 2015, Puisseguin-Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux A.C., France: Produced by G. Dupuy, Château Langlais 2015 is predominately made from Merlot with the balance in Cabernet Franc. Fresh red berry, plum, sweet cake spice flavours silky smooth on the palate with a lingering white pepper spice finish. Tannins are firm. Great now, better in two more years. Drink from 2021. Quinta Da Aveleda Loureiro 2017, Vinho Verde D.O.C., Portugal: The crisp, fresh 2017 vintage of the Loureiro Colheita Selecionada is light-bodied, refreshing and just 11.5% alcohol. Aromas of lime zest and lemon. The grapes are grown in various subregions. Pair with shellfish and seafood. Stunningly great value for this quality.
