A dry Pinot Noir Rosé Qualitätswein with wine grapes sourced from the Vulkanfelsen Weinberg or "Volcanic Rocks Vineyard" so named for the volcanic soils in that area. This is a zesty, fragrant PN with pink florals, bright cherry, raspberry aromas on the nose, wild strawberry, cherry, fresh red berry and soft citrus flavours that linger on the palate. Great acidity for food. Pair with veal schnitzel.

Pinot Noir Rosé food pairings: turkey tetrazzini, turkey sandwiches, salmon burgers.

From Baden a Pinot Noir Rosé Qualitätswein, well-priced under $15. Vulkanfelsen, refers to the volcanic soils that surround the wine region. Lovely florals on the nose, vibrant acidity with red berry fruit, earthy and spicy flavours on the palate. Tannins are chalky. Pair with grilled salmon steaks.. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
