A silky and sexy Cabernet Sauvignon with 10% Petit Verdot red wine blend from Glenelly. Rich, smoky and luxurious on the palate. Smoky ripe plums, dark berry and cracked pepper aromas on the nose. Full-bodied with blackberry, black currant, pepper and cedar spice flavours smooth on the palate. Well-balanced with tannins and a lingering anise finish. Enjoy now or hold for another three years in cellar.

Food pairings: grilled game burgers, meat lover's pizza, bobtje.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
