A youthful, medium-plus-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with 80% Cabernet Sauvignon with the balance in Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc. Fragrant with fresh blueberries, plum, wild herbs and dried floral aromas. Dry, juicy on the palate with fresh dark fruit flavours, mint and wild herb flavours. Tannins are firm. Nice now better in 2020. Good cellaring candidate for five to eight years.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: gourmet hamburger, braised short ribs, vegetable stew.
