Sparkling Wine

Ferrari Perlé 2010, Alto Adige, Trentino D.O.C., Italy: The 2010 vintage of Ferrari's Chardonnay-based sparkling wine is stunning! The winery uses the Trento Metodo Classico, which is the same as in Champagne with the second fermentation taking place in the bottle. The Perlé Brut is crisp and dry yet has extraordinary richness and a creamy, mouth-filling texture. Aromas of freshly baked bread, green apple and toasted almond. This wine was disgorged in early 2017, yet has a long life ahead of it. Pair with shellfish, seafood and romantic dinners. Food pairings: quiches, egg dishes, fresh steamed seafood and shellfish. Drink: 2019 - 2025 632190 13% D 750 mL $37.95 Score: 93/100. February 2019. Top Rated Sparkling Wine Full Review Add to Shopping Cart
