From the Beamsville Bench on the Niagara Escarpment, Fielding 2017 estate-bottled Riesling is super juice on steroids with balanced sweetness and acidity and made for rich seafood dishes and Thai food. The Riesling is medium-bodied, off-dry and at 10.3% abv, you can enjoy a glass or two. On the nose, there are dried fruit, lime and petrol notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh with ripe peach, lemon custard and soft orange flavours. This vintage was awarded Gold in the 2018 All Canadian Wine Championships. - Community Wine Reviews
