Produced by world-renown Sassicaia winery, Tenuta San Guido Guidalberto 2016 vintage is a Cabernet Sauvignon with a splash of Merlot. Lots of ripe dark cherries, savoury spice leather and sweet berry fruit flavours on the balanced. Mouthfeel is silky, smooth and sensuous. Delicious now and only getting better for the next 15 years.

Food pairings: rib eye steak, sirloin tip roast, long ribs on the barbie.
