Rosés

Palatine Hills Ramblers Dreamer Rosé 2024, Niagara Lakeshore, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: A bright, playful rosé with aromas of fresh strawberry, watermelon, and red currant, accented by delicate floral notes. It’s light-bodied, dry, and crisp on the palate, with 12% alcohol providing refreshing lift and a clean, juicy finish. Serve it well-chilled to highlight its vibrant fruit and delicate aromatics. Fascinating fact: Palatine Hills’ Ramblers series celebrates approachable, everyday wines crafted with care on historic vineyards, and the Dreamer Rosé embodies their philosophy of easy-drinking elegance with a hint of whimsy. Best enjoyed young within 1–2 years to capture its freshness. Ramblers Dreamer Rosé food pairings: grilled shrimp skewers, where the wine’s bright fruit mirrors the citrus and herbs. Or enjoy it with a summer strawberry salad with goat cheese, where its crispness cuts through the creaminess and complements the sweet-tart fruit.. Drink: 2025 - 2027 43057 14.6% D 750 mL $14.95 Score: 90/100. September 2025. Full Review Add to Shopping Cart

White Wine

Inniskillin Reserve Chardonnay 2022, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: A polished, cool-climate Chardonnay with aromas of golden apple, ripe pear, and lemon curd, layered with notes of vanilla, toasted almond, and a gentle creaminess from oak aging. It’s medium-bodied, dry, and elegantly textured on the palate, with bright acidity and 13.5% alcohol balancing richness with freshness. Serve it chilled, just above cellar temperature, to allow both fruit and oak nuances to unfold. Fascinating fact: Inniskillin, founded in 1975, is one of Canada’s most influential wineries, recognized internationally for putting Niagara on the world wine map—not just with Icewine, but also with expressive, estate-driven still wines like this Chardonnay. This Reserve bottling will evolve gracefully for 4–6 years, developing honeyed and nutty complexity with age. Reserve Chardonnay food pairings: butter-poached lobster, where the wine’s acidity and creamy texture echo the dish beautifully. Or serve it with roast chicken and lemon thyme, where its citrus lift and oak spice elevate a comforting classic.. Drink: 2025 - 2028 105379 13% D 750 mL $19.95 Score: 90/100. September 2025. Full Review Add to Shopping Cart
