Tawse Sketches Of Niagara 2022 Riesling is great value at $20. This Niagara Riesling is expressive of its terroir and over-delivers with soft orange, green apple, peach, lemon zest and minerally flavours clean, crisp and zesty on the palate. Chill and enjoy it with mild vegetable curries or sushi. The Riesling grapes for this vintage were mostly sourced from Tawse's Limestone Ridge site, giving the wine its distinct minerality.

Riesling food pairings: baby greens salad, pork tenderloin, turkey breast, foie gras.

Tawse Sketches Of Niagara 2022 Riesling is great value at $20. This Niagara Riesling is expressive of its terroir and over-delivers with ripe peach, apricot, orchard fruit, crisp and tart with a lemon-lime zesty finish. Chill and enjoy it now through 2028 with a pork tenderloin from the grill or smoked salmon belly on a crusty baguette. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
