St. Regis starts with real rosé from Germany. Only the alcohol comes out afterward. Raspberry and pink grapefruit fizz through this bright, cheerful sparkler. Each slim 200 mL can is a single serving with less than 0.5% alcohol and about 50 calories. It’s vegan, and a few in the fridge make holiday hosting easy. At last, the designated driver has something worth raising.

Sparkling Rosé food pairings: creamy soft rind cheeses, smoked salmon, veggie stir-fry.

Reviews and Ratings

Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

For me, this is a pleasingly lush and frothy expression of de-alcoholized sparkling Rosé (hello Mousseux style wines) and has an emphasis on fresh red berry flavours and aromas. Given its lush, rich leaning feel appeal, this Rosé would easily fit into occasions where decadence is the vibe. Chill, pour, enjoy.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
